White Irish Drinkers is sure to show up on a few top 10 movies lists this year. It is an amazing story about 18 year old Brian Leary. He wants to be an artist but it’s not approved by his family so he needs to create his art in another part of the city. Gray is his brother, who once wanted to be a filmmaker and identifies with Brian. Finally, there is Danny, another brother who finds easy acceptance amongst his peers as a small time crook. What could three brothers like this have in common? Their drunken father of course whose only joy in life is beating on his wife and kids. This movie is revealing and the acting will surely make it one of the best movies you’ll see this year.
