If you are ready to laugh and cry at the same time then check out It’s Complicated. This movie has a star studded cast that includes Meryl Streep, Alex Baldwin, Steve Martin and others. This movie didn’t get rave reviews, but from everyone I have spoken to and from seeing it myself I can say to put it on your to see list.

You will love watching as Meryl Streep is wooed by her ex husband played by Alex Baldwin. He finds that his new marriage isn’t’ what he expected and he wants to become involved with his ex wife Meryl.

This is one of the funniest movies I have seen in a long time that is both a comedy and a romance. The ending is unusual and you’ll be amazed at some of the great one liners. Steve Martin of course helps to add to the hilarity of the movie and does a stellar job as being a straight guy in this romantic comedy.

My one warning is be careful when you drink, you might find your beverage coming out of your nose as you laugh.

As we know most sequels usually fall short of the mark, and honestly I wonder why they continue to make them. This isn’t’ always the case, but for the most part it is. Ice Age sequels are definitely good and I think we can add Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeekqel to the list of not a sucky sequel.

Everyone went nuts when they first saw the Alvin and the Chipmunks movie, but I think in this case the sequel just might be better than the original movie. Watch as the boys come up against three cute chipmunk girls that want to take the fame and glory from these furry boys and at the same time want to get to know them better.

What will win out? Love or Money. That is the age old answer and these fuzzy guys and girls want to show you in this cute and loveable sequel that will warm your hearts. Before you see this movie start saying NO, because once your children see this movie you’ll be asked over and over again if they can have a pet chipmunk.

This isn’t a film I would normally review, because at first it seems campy and well forced, but if you are looking for a fun family romp then Tooth Fairy with Dwayne Johnson, Ashley Judd, Billy Crystal and Julie Andrews just might tickle your sweet tooth.

The premise here is that Derek Thompson *Dwayne Johnson* is a tough hockey player known for making other players lose teeth. When he tries to crush the dreams of a little girl about the tooth fairy, he is sentenced to serve as a tooth fairy himself. This is where the hilarity and sometimes often clichéd fun begins.

This movie is bittersweet and you will either love it or hate it. Be sure to let us know what you think once you have taken the time to check it out.

The new romantic comedy The Bounty Hunter features Gerard Butler as bounty hunter Milo and Jennifer Aniston as his bail-jumping reporter ex-wife Nicole.  I really enjoy both of these actors, but in this movie it felt like they were stilted and not allowed to add or contribute more then what was on the script.

It was nice to see Jennifer Aniston back up and making movies again.  This cutie always puts a smile on my face and even when the romantic comedy isn’t that good she makes a stellar performance playing a lady running from the law and her bounty hunter ex husband.  I just wish that they had allowed more creative freedom for both actors in this comedy.

The plot is pretty simple Nicole (Jennifer Aniston) has a big story on a murder cover-up.  She does whatever she can to get the story which makes her a prime target for both her bounty hunter husband and the killer.  There is plenty of action, and humor to keep you occupied, and it’s a great first date movie.

No matter what you should plan on seeing it once it hits the Netflix, RedBox, and Blockbuster virtual shelves.  If you are an Aniston fan you know you’ll see it one way or another, so you might as well get your Netflix order ready.
